NYC Liquid Eyeliner

Well, well, well...Mere with another liquid eyeliner...what a shock. :) 

This time, I'll be reviewing the NYC Liquid Eyeliner.

Claims: Ever dreamed of having Audrey Hepburn’s glamorous look? NYC New York Color Liquid Eyeliner infuses your eyes with the intensity they crave. This staple liner can do fine or bold lines without the fuss. With its mistake-free applicator, elongate your lash line to shape and define your eyes like never before. 

Claim Accuracy: First off, it is true Audrey Hepburn was glamorous...and flawless... 

This liner does produce nicely pigmented lines, and the liner is easy to apply. However, the only way this liner is going to be mistake proof is if the user knows how-to use the liner and has a steady hand. The liner doesn't skip horribly...nothing you can't deal with.

In addition, this eyeliner stings my eyelids when it begins to dry. After the liner dries, it no longer stings. And, this liner takes about 3 minutes to dry once it is on the lid! If you have ultra sensitive eyes, I'd skip this one entirely. Just because a makeup product is inexpensive, doesn't mean you should risk your well-being over it. 

Also, this liner has a brush applicator, not a felt tip.
